Edlytics processes organization and user data to provide analytics, grant workflow, onboarding, and collaboration features.

We collect profile information, uploaded files, activity logs, and configuration data required to operate and secure the platform. Data is scoped by organization tenancy and role-based permissions.

We do not sell organization data. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel and audited systems needed to provide service, support, and security monitoring.

Your organization may request data export or account changes by contacting platform support. Some retention may apply for security, legal, or audit obligations.
